“This was the first apartment I’ve ever had so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect but after living only a week here at Stream Belmont, I can tell it’s everything I’ll ever want and need. I live in a studio apartment and it comes with a spacious balcony which is nice when you don’t feel like going up to the rooftop that has the most beautiful view of the city and the mountains (which is never). The layout is well-thought-out with nice closet space and a big bathroom. Plenty of storage. Huge windows that bring in so much light and that makes my studio feel way bigger than it is! A huge bonus is this building is LEED®-H Certified which results in sustainable living not only for the residents but community as well. The location is definitely unbeatable. With a walk score of 96! I’ve never had to use a bike or car. I live in Capitol Hill which is known for having a good time and I slept like a baby this weekend. It’s even pet friendly! 🙂 I feel safe in my home and I would recommend you experience this too!”

“Nice, modern and clean place.”

“As my first “apartment in the city” living experience, I have been nothing but pleased with Stream Belmont. I moved to Seattle from a sleepy town in the deep south and everything about living here has made my transition just that much easier.

Unit: I’m in a studio and despite the small footprint, I don’t feel cramped at all. The tall ceilings and big picture window do wonders. Storage is plentiful. The closet is huge even with the stacked washer and dryer located inside. The bathroom vanity has cabinets and drawers, which helps to keep everything organized. I even have empty shelves in the kitchen cabinets.

Location: Though just a rock’s throw away from busy Broadway, I find Belmont Ave to be peaceful. It’s not too removed from activity though, which make late night runs to QFC feel safe. It’s one block uphill to QFC, which means downhill to carry your groceries home. The light rail is a 5 minute walk away, and so are many bus stops. I’ve been here for 6 months and originally walked to most places but now that winter is here, I’m happy to be so close to the light rail and major bus routes.”

“I had such a great experience from the time I signed on until now. Rosetta helped me view and sign for my place the same day! It’s been almost a year since living here and I honestly have no complaints. Joe has been very efficient with emails and maintenance will call back within the hour. I really can’t complain about the location because it’s close to Broadway, walking distance to Pike/Pine where most of the bars and restaurants are located; otherwise it’s a $5 Uber. The rooftop has one of the best views, always open to view and show off! Street parking is limited for guests but I am paying extra for a spot in the garage and there has never been a garage door issue which is a plus! I would recommend Stream Belmont to anyone looking to live in Capital Hill!”

” I have been living at Stream Belmont for six months and am very pleased with my experience. When I first toured the property and decided on a particular unit, there was a miscommunication between myself and the staff when it came to the dates of my lease. Luckily, the staff was very accommodating and worked diligently to ensure I could move in as soon as possible. The apartment finishes are modern and high-quality, and the lobby and hallways are always clean and quiet. The roof has a stunning view and is super peaceful. The floors are a bit thin and I can sometimes hear my upstairs neighbor bustling about, but that just comes with living in an apartment building. The location of this apartment is perfect as it is nestled on a quiet corner surrounded by other apartment buildings, but it is also just minutes away from Broadway. Really happy living at Stream Belmont!”
